Wood Nymph and Woozle Festival June 26: 10 to 2
Bobs and Lolo in concert at 12:30 on the main stage! Plus: storytelling, games, crafts, outdoor fun, food concessions. Unplug your kids and head for the outdoors! Some of the activities scheduled for this festival include various themed stations nestled in the woodland setting of Filberg Park. We will be treated by Our Big Earth where they will feature a medley of heritage crafts. Other sections will include storytelling, face painting, food vendors, nature activities and some good old-fashioned style games.
Our main entertainers will be the Juno award winners for 2010 Children’s album of the year, Bobs and Lolo. This dynamic duo is dedicated to connecting kids to the natural world with music, movement and make-believe, teaching them to care about themselves, their neighbours and the planet.
Tickets are $15 for children 2-17 (adults free with accompanying child: children under 2 are free). Tickets available until June 23 at the following: Comox Rec. Ctr, Planet Kids, Benino Gelato (Comox), Whales Tales Toys, Podlings, and  in Cumberland at Seeds Food Market. Tickets will also be available at the Filberg Lodge Office until June 25 and at the gate while supplies last.
